Dr. Vedat Bajrami is the Dean and an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Education of the University \u201cUkshin Hoti\u201d in Prizren, with over three decades of experience in education, academic research, and university management. He has made a significant contribution to the development of inclusive and special education in Kosovo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">He completed his\u00a0<strong>doctoral<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>master\u2019s studies<\/strong>\u00a0in\u00a0<em>Inclusive Education<\/em>\u00a0at the Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje, while his\u00a0<strong>undergraduate studies<\/strong>\u00a0were completed in\u00a0<em>Special Education and Rehabilitation<\/em>\u00a0at the University of Belgrade. He has also pursued professional development at an expert level in\u00a0<em>Inclusive Education<\/em>\u00a0within the\u00a0<strong>FSDEK<\/strong>\u00a0program, in cooperation with the University of Jyv\u00e4skyl\u00e4 (Finland) and the University of Prishtina.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">At the institutional level, Prof. Bajrami has held several important leadership positions. He currently serves as\u00a0<strong>Dean of the Faculty of Education (2022\u2013present)<\/strong>, and previously held the role of\u00a0<strong>Vice Dean (2018\u20132021)<\/strong>. From 2002 to 2016, he served as\u00a0<strong>Senior Officer for Inclusive Education<\/strong>\u00a0at the Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation (MESTI).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Prof. Bajrami is the author of over\u00a0<strong>43 scientific and professional papers<\/strong>, published in international journals and conferences. He has authored\u00a0<strong>one monograph<\/strong>\u00a0and co-authored\u00a0<strong>two anthologies<\/strong>\u00a0addressing issues of inclusive and special education in Kosovo. In addition, he is the author of\u00a0<strong>three professional manuals<\/strong>\u00a0designed for working with children with special needs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">He has participated and presented in numerous\u00a0<strong>international conferences<\/strong>\u00a0across Europe and the region, and is actively involved in\u00a0<strong>national and international research projects<\/strong>, including collaborations with organizations such as\u00a0<strong>OECD, Save the Children, Council of Europe, HERAS+, and Caritas Switzerland<\/strong>, among others.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>His fields of expertise include:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 Inclusive education in multicultural contexts;<br \/>\n\u2022 Educational policies for children with special needs;<br \/>\n\u2022 Professional development of teachers;<br \/>\n\u2022 Curriculum design for inclusive education<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;20px&#8221;][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;1\/3&#8243;
